We use Rookpoint Time Sheets as it allows staff members to log time on a variety of tasks for both customer-facing and internal activities. The Customer Support elements also enable us to provide billing and payroll information.

Canillas

PKF Canillas is a highly respected Accountancy firm in Gibraltar, having a solid client base and strong professional relationships with notable legal and accounting firms in the UK and Spain.

Canillas required a bespoke application to control their Tax Payments On Account and for managing their client deadlines. Previously this work was done using a shared spreadsheet which led to input errors, confusion over updates and missed deadlines.

Rookpoint deployed a cloud-based solution offering a single visible source of truth, deadline management and direct control over user access. The application interfaces with Canillas current in-house software to provide a seamless link to the existing client management programme.

At Canillas we had a working, but labour-intensive and closed solution for controlling all client deadlines and Tax Payments On Account. Now with the solution implemented by Rookpoint we can access our information securely from anywhere, whilst also being actively reminded of deadlines through the built in Dashboard. Our data is backed up daily and stored safely and all Team Members are aware of the Clients that they are dealing with at any one time.
